Sayhai has an open policy on the way it uses the information it collects.
Sayhai only collects e-mail addresses from yourself. These e-mail addresses are only used for the company purposes and not for marketing activities. We will only ever e-mail you if you have requested for a question to be answered, if there is a problem with your card or to notify you of planned maintenance to the servers.
Sayhai does not pass your e-mail address to any other company
As Sayhai only sends translated e-mail messages, no messages are required to be stored on our server.
If using Sayhai in a Internet cafe, we also advise closing the Internet browser window after use.
