I cannot login.

There are two key points to note when trying to login.

The first of these is that passwords are case-sensitive. That is to say that the password "potato" is different to "Potato" and both are different to "POTATO", etc.

The second point is that you must have cookies enabled in order to be able to log in and use the site. You can test to see whether you have cookies enabled by going to our cookie test page.

If neither of these points helps, then you can try resetting your password. To do this, go to our password reset page, enter your e-mail address and click 'Send'. This will send a new password to your e-mail inbox. We recommend that you change this password at the first opportunity by logging in to your account and clicking the 'Change Password' link.
