There are three possible reasons for this problem:
1) It may be that you have accidentally mis-spelt the recipient's email address. Like when sending a normal email, it is vitally important that the recipient's email address is correct. The most common reason for a failed delivery is that the email address you entered isn't valid. A single misplaced letter can be enough to cause a failed delivery.
2) Sometimes when our system sends an email to your chosen recipient, their email provider thinks it is a spam or junk message and refuses to accept it. Unfortunately there is very little we can do to help solve this problem. Your recipient could check their spam or junk email folder if they have one, or they could ask their email provider to allow emails from Sayhai.com.
3) If the email address you used to signed up to Sayhai is incorrect, your messages may be rejected by the recipient's email provider. Please notify Sayhai if you need to change the email address registered with Sayhai.
