I have referred more than 10 people and I think most of them are just taking
this as a practice...
NOT A SINGLE ONE have passed the first round interview so far. Come on,
please do not ask me to refer
if you are not serious and prepared. Are you using this as a practice to go
to FGUAP?

I have referred someone and I think one of them got contacted. There is a
huge internal change in the hiring process in Twitter so I am not sure what
is going on. One thing is for sure, it won't be fast and can be confusing.
Please be patient and please try other ways if you need to find a job in a
month. I will also spread my referal out a bit so please do not expect to
be contacted by a T recruiter right away (or at all, I do not the recruiter'
s bar). In addition, I think Twitter is mostly looking for experienced
industry hires so I may not be able to refer some of the recent college
graduates (to keep my referral bar high enough so the future refer has more
chances).
